La Selva Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

Free shipping on all US orders!

La Selva ships domestically via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground and FedEx Ground. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery after placing an order. For international customers, please email customercare@laselvaclothing.com for shipping and order inquiries.

All orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt. La Selva will email the customer to confirm when the order has been shipped, and will provide the customer with a tracking number for the order.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please note that all of our pieces are manufactured from unique, handmade vintage textiles, and cannot be replaced with identical pieces.

All returns are subject to the following restrictions:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery as indicated by the order's tracking number.
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unused, and in original condition. All original tags must be attached.
  • All purchases of merchandise "on sale" or at a discounted price are considered final and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. 
  • All returns must follow the instructions below under "How to Return an Item."
  • La Selva has the right to refuse returns of merchandise that do not meet the return policy requirements.

How to Return an Item:

  • Email us at customercare@laselvaclothing.com to request a return. Include your order number and the garment number (SKU) of the item(s) you would like to return.

  • We will reply to confirm the details of your request, and provide you with a receive-by date for your return shipment. All returns must be received by La Selva within 7 business days of our confirmation email.

  • Print out the confirmation email and include that inside your return package.

  • Merchandise must be securely packaged and all shipping costs pre-paid by customer.

  • We recommend that return items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or insured USPS Priority Mail. All tracking numbers should be safely recorded and stored for proof of delivery. La Selva does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

  • We will process your return within 5 business days of receiving the return package.
